Adding Hyperlink in Text Box in SSRS

Sometime you have a Requirement in your Report  in which you want to add a hyperlink toText Box fields i.e.

Clicking on field Name will navigate you to new Report or Some Website.

For this you can select the Text Box which  you want as Hyperlink to Report or URL

Right Click on Selected TextBox-TextBox Properties-Action 

By Default it will be None

Change it to Go to Url 

Select URL-click on fx -

Write your URL Name eg www.google.com

Click ok 

IF you want to navigate to any Report 

Select Go to Report

ReportName eg Test.rdl

click ok

This is how you can add Hyperlink to any TextBox on your Report.

Note: In order to Pass some Fields value with the Link you can write in Expression like this

="http://localhost/ReportServer?/ReportName&EmpID="
 &Fields!Empid.Value 

Where Empid is the selected Field to be send along with the URl,

 & is used to concatenate field value to URL.
